Former Super Eagles first choice goalkeeper, Peter Rufai has partnered with Nestle Nigeria Plc to discover talents for the country.
The project which is tagged Milo Dodo Mayana Football Clinic is targeted at catching the young talents from the grassroot.
Business Manager Beverages, Nestle Nigeria Plc, Walter Okafor said yesterday that the programme is designed for youths between the age of 13 and 17 years.
According to him, the Clinic will hold at the Teslim Balogun Stadium as not less than 20,000 kids expected to participate in the programme.
He said the number will be screened to 500 and from there to 22 that will make the final team.
The Clinic will however hold in August and Peter Rufai promised to use the opportunity to help the kids fulfil their dreams of playing abroad.
“This Clinic is going to be very helpful to Nigerian kids within the age of 13 and 17 because there will be lots of scouts on ground to see how well they can fit in to any club or Academy abroad.”
